PHO and Ministry of Education UPDATE - Individual Ceremonies
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT PLUS IN-PERSON SPECTATORS
• Only the individual student, their guests, and staff running the ceremony are present.
Max. 4 guests allowed per student. For indoor ceremonies, guests should be members of the students' household(s) or someone who lives on their own but regularly interacts with the occupants of the household(s). Example- grandparents, older siblings, ... and such.
• Gathering and crowding must be prevented at all times, in the school and on the school grounds.
Guests should be reminded to only arrive at the school just prior to the graduates scheduled ceremony, and to leave as soon as their ceremony is complete.
• Guests must abide by all required safety measures.
All grads and guest must wear a mask at all times except for pictures and/or receiving their diploma. All grads and guests must hand Sani upon entering and exiting the ceremony and maintain physical distancing.
Grad Fees and School Fees:
* Please note that any outstanding school fees to date will be deducted from your grad fee reimbursement or added to your grad fee amount owing per your invoice.
i.e.
Grad Fee = $150
Grad Funds Raised = $250
Balance Due = $100
HSS School Fees Owing = $150
Total fees outstanding = $ 50

The enclosed school fee invoice is for current fees, there may be an additional school fee invoice once all outstanding textbooks, library/classroom books, and fees for any unreturned items i.e. cameras, graphing calculators, uniforms or other monies owing, have been finalized and/or adjusted via information from your classroom teachers. This final invoice would be emailed out by June 15th with full payment due before June 28th, 2021.
