Afternoon Class of 2023 students and guardian(s)/parent(s),
After conversations with the grad exec, we are planning a few events for grade 12s to participate in to raise funds towards their grad fees:
Jan 18 – 20 Bake Sale – please look for sign up info, Wed full price, Thu half price and Fri quarter price. Looking for cup cakes, slices, cookies, squares, …
Mar 15 – Dessert Theatre – please watch for info … looking for acts, stage hands, lighting, baking, silent auction items, community donations, …. We will need parents to volunteer to help cook the meal.
Bottle Drive – we have a parent that has stepped up to be the lead on this event -thank you. We will still need other volunteers to support this event, please email me. Date still to be determined – please start collecting those empty bottles.
Spring Plant Sale – April/May, please watch for info and order forms.
We also discussed Prom location, please note that we will be having a grade 12 flex meeting to discuss your options further.
