BC Hockey Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded annually to BC Hockey registered members to give recognition to those who develop their academic career aspirations while at the same time nourishing their interest in hockey. Monetary awards vary from $500 to $1000.

FW: Clean Energy Student Scholarship Opportunity

Jennifer is the Program Coordinator at the Clean Energy Association of BC (CEBC). We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a $1,000 student scholarship this year, which will be awarded at our Annual General Meeting in June.

 

This scholarship is for grade 12 students who are graduating in 2020. To apply for the scholarship, we ask that students submit a reference letter as well as a 500-word essay answering the question, "Why is clean energy important to me as a young person in BC?"

 

The application deadline is Thursday, May 14th and we will be contacting the winner in early June. You can find more information on our website here:

Feb 8 Bottle Drive

Moring all,

 

YES – On Demand Bottle Drive is a go, Nicole and Esther have offered to be the parent sponsors for this event – thank you both very much.

 

Please meet at the bottle depot at 9 am. We will need driver/vehicles, reminder that N rules apply. As usual, there is the sign in/out sheet- that’s how you get your grad points from this event.

 

There will be a list of addresses that have asked us to collect their returns, please thank them if they are there when you collect. Have a wonderfully safe event.

2020 Technology Impact Awards - Scholarship

2020 Technology Impact Awards: Grade 12 students accepted into a technology-related program at a B.C. post-secondary institution in fall 2020 are invited to apply for a BC Tech Scholarship. Three scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded. Applications are being accepted until Feb. 26.
