Just a reminder of the nearing Desert Theatre, March 15th. We are looking for help and support: entertainment (acts, plays, videos, ...), baked goods/deserts, desert table station, beverages (coffee/tea/water), door ticket sales, stage help (props/currents/lightening), projector/laptop, spot light, sound system, set-up and take-down, spot light, and 50/50 draw.
Sign-up sheets are on the grad bulletin board in the grad hallway. All entertainment will need to present to the grad exec before added to the evening line-up. Presentations to the exec will start Feb 27th. Please indicate if a lunch time, or afterschool presentation works best for you and/or your group when you sign-up.
Parents are encouraged to participate in the evening as well. Please contact me directly if you are wishing to present entertainment that evening.
