June 4th, 2017 HSS PROM

Afternoon all,

 

Information pertaining to June 4th, HSS GRAD 2017 PROM

 

Copper Room – Harrison Hot Springs Resort

 

5:00 to 5:45 PM: NON-GRAD GUESTS BEGIN TO ARRIVE & ARE SEATED

 

5:30 PM: Grads gather at the Memorial Garden on the lakefront, for group photos (LifeTouch)

 

5:55 to 6:00 PM: GRAD PROCESSION (GRAND MARCH)

 

6:00 PM: DINNER

2 double sided buffets, one in northwest & one in southwest corner.

2 dessert stations. Desserts stay out until 8:30 PM.

 

7:30 PM  SPEECHES:

 

8:30 PM DANCE:

All items on both buffets to be labelled, noting those items that are dairy free and gluten free

Buffet Dinner

Assorted Fresh Baked Rolls with Butter

Salads Display:

Organic Mix of Baby Greens, Assorted Dressings: Classic Caesar, Herb Croutons & Shavings of Parmesan, Spinach, Frisee, Artichoke Hearts, Figs, Roasted Red Pepper &

Feta, Roasted Corn Salad, and Carrot, Raisin and Coconut Salad

Cold Platter Display:

Grilled Marinated Vegetables, Antipasto & Assortment of Olives, Deli Style Ham, Salami, Smoked Turkey & Assortment of Pickles

Hot Entrees:

Roasted Lemon and Rosemary Chicken, Marinated Sirloin Steak, Simply on the Grill, Pan Seared Salmon with Garlic Cream Sauce, Chef's Choice of Vegetarian Pasta, Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables

Desserts: (Remain out Until at least 8:30pm)

Assorted Cakes, Pies & Mini Pastries, Rich Dark & White Chocolate Mousse, Assorted Fruit & Cheese Cakes

 

Gourmet Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee or Tea, Ice Tea, and water.
