We are looking for volunteers and support to make sure these fundraising events run smooth.
UP COMING EVENTS
Meat Draw - March 11th at 3pm. We need 3-4 people to run this and other parents and supporters to attend the legion and support the ticket sales.
Pub Night - April 22nd from 5-7pm. We still need 5-6 people to run this and other parents and supporters to attend the legion and support the ticket sales.
Cost will be $25 for burger and drink( beer or other). We will aim to sell 80 tickets. Profit will be $1,000 from tickets alone. We will need help with running a silent auction/ raffle and 50/50 draw. We also need parents out and about collecting items/donations for the silent auction. (Letter attached)
